All Entrees include an appetizer(fruit cup or soup du jour,) tossed salad, starch, vegetable(except where indicated), rolls and butter, coffee, decaf, hot or iced tea or milk. Pasta dishes do not come with a starch or vegetable.

Fresh Chicken breast is sauteed with an egg batter and topped with wine and lemon sauce.

A boneless chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh shredded Parmesan cheese, with basil pesto cream sauce.

Breaded chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and smoked gouda
with gouda cheese sauce.
Stuffed Chicken – $18
Boneless Chicken breast stuffed with a traditional bread stuffing and topped with a rich Chicken Veloute sauce.
Pecan Breaded Chicken – $18
Fresh chicken breast is covered with pecans, pan seared and topped with raspberry butter.

Fresh chicken breast is topped with portabella mushrooms. Enhanced with a Marsala wine sauce.

Prime Rib of Beef – $25
Slowly roasted to retain the natural juices, then sliced to a 10 ounce cut and served with au jus and horseradish.
London Strip Loin with Sherry Mushroom Sauce – $22
Marinated strip loin in balsamic vinaigrette is broiled, then thinly sliced and accompanied with our sherry mushroom sauce.
Sliced Tenderloin of Beef – $28
We roast the whole loin, then slice on the bias and served with Bordelaise sauce.
New England Pot Roast – $19
Slow cooked in vegetable broth until fork tender and flavorful. Topped with a rich Burgundy wine sauce.
Tournedos of Beef – $30
Two filet medallions are sauteed and placed atop grande croutons with mushroom duxelle, then enhanced with Madeira sauce and garnished with mushroom caps.
Veal Piccata – $23
Sauteed veal with artichoke hearts and capers. Served with light lemon wine sauce.

A 4 ounce filet with black pepper butter and 4 ounce haddock fillet with seasoned bread crumbs are served with choice of potato and vegetable.

A 4 ounce filet mignon and three crab stuffed shrimp, topped with creamy Mornay sauce.
Beef and Crab Cake – $29
A 4 ounce filet with black pepper butter and a jumbo lump crab cake served with Béarnaise sauce.
