BANQUET LUNCHEON Selections
All selections are served with choice of soup, salad or fruit cup; rolls and butter; freshly brewed regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, or milk. All prices are subject to tax and gratuity.
Chicken Caesar Salad – $14
Crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with croutons, fresh grated Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes in our own traditional Caesar dressing. Topped with fresh grilled or blackened chicken.
Salad Lover’s Plate – $13
Chicken salad, crab salad, and pasta salad is served over a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives.
Chicken and Asparagus Salad – $14
Fresh salad greens with asparagus tips, chicken, mandarin oranges and walnuts. Served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Crab Melt – $14
A split english muffin is piled high with surimi crab salad and American cheese then baked, served with the vegetable of the day.
Maximilian’s Roast Beef Sandwich – $13
Thin-sliced roasted beef piled high on a fresh baked Kaiser roll with roasted red pepper mayonnaise, roasted red onions, and served with Texas fries.
Grilled Tuscan Chicken Sandwich – $13
A marinated fresh breast of chicken grilled to perfection with fried prosciutto, spinach Paremsan and pesto mayonnaise on a fresh roll with fries.
Ham with Pineapple Glaze – $13
A 6 oz ham steak is topped with a tangy pineapple glaze and fresh pineapple.
Stuffed Chicken – $14
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with traditional bread stuffing and topped with a rich chicken velouté sauce.
Boston Scrod – $16
A 4 oz scrod fillet is topped with seasoned bread crumbs and served with Chef ‘s choice of potato and vegetable.
Quiche – $12
Choice of quiche baked in a pie crust and served with a warm muffin and fruit garnish. Choice of: shrimp, vegetable, cheese and broccoli, sausage, chicken or Lorraine.
Beef Stir fry – $14
Tender strips of beef are tossed with crisp oriental vegetables and our own teriyaki glaze, served over rice pilaf.
Barbeque Raspberry Chicken – $13
Broiled fresh boneless chicken breast with a barbeque raspberry glaze. Served over rice with fresh vegetable.
Pasta Primavera – $13
Fresh seasonal vegetables tossed with al dente penne pasta in creamy alfredo sauce or tomato pesto.
Vegetable Lasagna – $13
Fresh vegetables and three cheeses served with our homemade marinara sauce make up this favorite selection.
Chicken Monterey – $15
Seasoned, breaded chicken, topped with roasted julienne zucchini, yellow squash and red peppers. Topped with Monterey Jack cheese sauce and served with a potato.
California Chicken – $13
Tender strips of chicken are quick fried with oriental vegetables, then blended with teriyaki glaze and served over rice.
Pot Roast – $15
Slow cooked in vegetable broth until fork tender and flavorful. Topped with a rich Burgundy wine sauce.
